With my experience of over 5 years, I can guarantee you that I perform excellent home cleaning services for houses and offices within Sydney. I work around your schedule for weekly house cleaning, fortnightly house cleaning, a one-off house or end of lease cleaning service.
The cleaning service will include :
Bathrooms:
-Bath cleaned, rinsed and left shining
-Shower recess scrubbed
-Shower fittings and glass cleaned
-Basin and Vanity scrubbed
-Toilets scrubbed/disinfected (incl base and behind)
- Mirrors cleaned and polished
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Light Switches cleaned
- Tiles and fittings cleaned and left shining
- Waste bin cleaned and left shining
- Door frames cleaned
- Inside Cupboards on request( extra charge)
Kitchen:
-Stove top and range-hood cleaned
-Bench tops and backsplash cleaned
-Cupboard fronts wiped down
- Inside cupboards on request
- Inside oven on request
- Exterior of Refrigerator cleaned
- Microwave oven cleaned
- Sinks scrubbed and left shining
- Sills wiped down
-Fingerprints cleaned from door frames/light switches
-Skirting boards cleaned
-Floors vacuumed and mopped
Bedrooms, Stairs, Hallways and Common Areas:
-All furniture / picture frames dusted
-Mirrors and Glass tables cleaned
-Fingerprints spot cleaned from walls/light switches
-Window sills wiped down
-Carpets vacuumed / Floors mopped
-Non Carpeted floors mopped clean
-Wall marks cleaned on request
-Cobwebs removed
-Skirting boards wiped down
-Rooms left neat and tidy
-Blinds Cleaned On Request (extra charge)
-Window Cleaning
-Mirrors and Glass tables cleaned
-Fingerprints spot cleaned from walls/light switches
I am able to travel for 15min from Merrylands to any location without no extra charge. Rates after 15min include $5 for 5 min extra travel, to cover petrol costs.
I will also provide my own cleaning products and equipment
Rates are as followed :
Weekly service - 25/ hour
Fortnightly service - 27/ hour
One-off service - 30/hour
