John & Son Painting Services operates throughout metropolitan Sydney and is able to offer flexible hours to suit your requirements. We have been known to work on weekends, public holidays and even at nights to suit the opening hours of business. We also have the skill and expertise to repair and replace gyprock walls, plastering and cornicing.
We use quality paint to apply a uniform finish and to this extent recommend using Dulux and Taubmans paints. We are however flexible in accordance with your needs, and we have accounts with all of the major paint suppliers and are able to use the paints which suits your requirements and budget.We are fully licensed and insured, and provide quality workmanship at the most competitive prices. Being a family business, we are small enough to be personal and care, as well as big enough to handle any sized job.

We are able to provide quality workmanship and a great service by concentrating on the key aspects below. Obviously, your situation may vary, and we will work towards your particular needs and requirements.
Set-Up
All items are placed in the centre of the room and we are careful to cover all items and floors with drop cloths. We ask that you to assist us in moving the smaller and fiddly items, especially those which are fragile, so that you can store these safely away prior to painting.
Surface Preparation
Based on your requirements for the job, we fill and patch holes and cracks in ceilings and walls, and the surfaces are prepared for painting. We also have the skill and expertise to repair larger holes as well as replace gyprock, plastering and cornicing. For exterior work, we will scrape off all peeling paint and sand down the surfaces.
Painting
Repaired areas are primed/undercoated and premium quality paints are applied to a uniform finish. We are however flexible in accordance with your needs, and we have accounts with all of the major paint suppliers and are able to use the paints which suit your requirements and budgets.
Clean-Up
Furniture and accessories are moved back to their desired locations and we will remove all rubbish and materials, and clean up the area once finished.
Inspection
After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work and provide any feedback that you might have.
